These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of ViuPace. We operate on clear, direct principles: you retain full ownership of your channel and content, we access your data solely through read-only YouTube API permissions, and diagnostic reports are priced predictably per report credit.
YouTube API Terms & Google Policies Disclosure
ViuPace utilizes YouTube API Services to retrieve your video metrics, transcripts, and channel performance data. By connecting your YouTube account or using ViuPace, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service and acknowledge the Google Privacy Policy .
You may review and revoke access at any time via the Google Security settings page.
1. Acceptance of Terms & Eligibility
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User,” “you,” or “your”) and ViuPace (“ViuPace,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing the website, connecting a YouTube channel, or purchasing report credits, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.
Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use ViuPace. If you are using ViuPace on behalf of an entity, brand, or channel management company, you represent and warrant that you have full legal authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
2. Description of Service
ViuPace is a specialized diagnostic platform designed for YouTube video performance analysis. The service analyzes telemetry from a connected YouTube channel (including retention curves, impression data, CTR, and transcripts) to generate structured diagnostic reports containing:
- Boredom Locator & Early Drop AI Diagnostic: Identifying exact second-by-second drop-offs and intro drop thresholds.
- Virality Blueprint: Isolating retention spikes and rewatch moments aligned with transcripts.
- Flop Finder & Asset Rescue: Identifying packaging failure points and proposing alternative titles and thumbnail concepts.
- Lacking Report: Content-type matched comparisons against the creator's own best-performing uploads.
ViuPace operates strictly on API metadata and telemetry; it does not download or process raw video frames.
3. YouTube API Services Compliance & Google Policies
ViuPace accesses YouTube data via the official YouTube Data API v3 and YouTube Analytics API. In accordance with the YouTube API Services Developer Policies:
1. Terms Incorporation: You acknowledge and agree that your use of ViuPace is also subject to the YouTube Terms of Service.
2. Privacy Policy Reference: Please consult the Google Privacy Policy to understand how Google processes and protects user data.
3. Read-Only Scope: ViuPace only requests read-only permissions (youtube.readonly, yt-analytics.readonly). ViuPace will never modify your video titles, descriptions, upload videos, delete content, or publish comments.
4. Access Revocation: You can revoke ViuPace's access to your YouTube channel at any time through the Google Security settings page at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions.
4. Account Registration & Security
To access diagnostic features, you must authenticate using Google OAuth. You are responsible for safeguarding your Google credentials and for all activities that occur under your ViuPace account.
You agree to notify us immediately at support@viupace.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account or any breach of security.
5. Subscriptions, Pricing Tiers, and Report Credits
ViuPace is priced based on report credits, where one report credit corresponds to one comprehensive diagnostic investigation for a single YouTube video.

$15 / month
Baseline monthly report credits for individual creators releasing occasional uploads.
Growth
$35 / month
Expanded report credit allowance with comparative benchmarks and search coverage analysis for active weekly channels.
Studio
$79 / month
High-volume report credit allowance supporting multiple connected channels, shared team links, and exportable findings.
Credit Usage & Expiration: Monthly plan allowances renew automatically at the beginning of each billing cycle. Unused monthly report credits do not roll over to subsequent billing periods.
Billing & Renewal: Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring monthly cycle via our payment processor. You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings. Upon cancellation, your access remains active until the end of your paid billing term.
Refund Policy: If you are dissatisfied with the service and have not consumed more than one report credit during your initial billing cycle, you may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase by emailing support@viupace.com.
6. Acceptable Use & Prohibited Conduct
When using ViuPace, you agree not to:
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code or proprietary diagnostic algorithms of ViuPace.
- Use automated scrapers, bots, or programmatic harnesses to extract reports or bypass report credit restrictions.
- Resell, sublicense, or redistribute ViuPace diagnostic reports as a standalone commercial SaaS product without express written consent.
- Connect YouTube channels that you do not own, manage, or have explicit authorization from the channel owner to analyze.
- Violate the YouTube Terms of Service, YouTube Community Guidelines, or Google Developer Policies.
7. Intellectual Property Rights
Your Content: You retain 100% ownership, copyright, and all intellectual property rights in your videos, scripts, thumbnails, channel branding, and metadata. ViuPace claims no ownership over your creative works or analytics.
ViuPace Property: ViuPace owns all rights, title, and interest in the ViuPace platform, software code, report layouts, scoring algorithms, visualizations, trade dress, trademarks, and documentation.
8. AI Insights & Warranty Disclaimer
Advisory Nature of Diagnostics: All insights, pacing suggestions, intro rewrite prompts, and thumbnail concepts generated by ViuPace and its underlying AI engines are strictly informational recommendations intended to assist your creative process. ViuPace does not guarantee specific view counts, subscriber growth, search rankings, or ad revenue outcomes.
“As Is” Disclaimer:The platform is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted availability.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall ViuPace, its founders, employees, or licensors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data loss, business interruption, or channel standing changes, arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the service.
In no event shall our total aggregate liability for all claims related to the service exceed the total amount paid by you to ViuPace in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim (or $100 if you have not made payments).
10. Termination & Suspension
You may terminate your account at any time by disconnecting your channel and closing your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately without prior notice if you violate these Terms, infringe third-party rights, or abuse YouTube API resources. Upon termination, all provisions that by their nature should survive will survive, including intellectual property terms, disclaimers, and limitation of liability.
11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the applicable jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict of law principles. In the event of any controversy or claim arising out of these Terms, the parties agree to first attempt in good faith to resolve the dispute informally by contacting each other before initiating formal arbitration or court proceedings.
